SMI-Boulevard Group LLC (SMI-Boulevard) is a collaboration of SMI Group, an international management consulting firm with fully-licensed and regulated investment banking and investment advisor subsidiaries, headquartered in Los Angeles, and Boulevard Capital Partners (Boulevard), a global finance firm with headquarters in Abu Dhabi and Taiwan.
The Group’s mandate includes:
- Implementing a strategy for investing and loans utilizing funds arranged by Boulevard and its affiliates
- Diligence, structuring, and compliance
- Management of, and strategic advice to, portfolio companies and projects
- Monetizing investments in portfolio companies
