Larry Liu has more than 20 years of international experience in project management for private equity, architectural design, and telecommunication infrastructure projects.
M. Liu has served as a project manager and compliance associate for Boulevard Capital Partners Limited and its affiliates since 2016, supporting investment and lending strategies across North America, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Previously, for more than 12 years, Mr. Liu led architectural and telecommunication projects in Asia, the United States, and Latin America.

Mr. Liu holds an Honors B.A. in Architecture from the University of Toronto (2002) and obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2015. He is a Canadian citizen, and currently resides in Taiwan.
